About the Role

Sika is seeking a Sales Representative to join their team in Dammam. This full-time position involves achieving sales targets and managing customer relationships within a company that prioritizes a people-first culture, fostering trust, respect, and open communication.

Sales Responsibilities

Achieve and exceed targets for sales, profitability, and collections.
Establish and maintain a quality customer base through close interaction to understand and identify needs.
Demonstrate products on-site to customers and confirm their suitability.
Identify upcoming projects well in advance.
Convey customer feedback, particularly of a technical nature, to appropriate management levels.
Investigate and ascertain the credibility of new customers before appointment, adhering to prescribed procedures and completing the "Customer Profile" form.
Ensure a satisfactory level of after-sales service and promptly attend to customer complaints, providing satisfactory solutions.
Clearly understand and adhere to the warranty policy.
Interact closely with consultants and contractors.

Collection and Administration Duties

Clearly communicate credit periods and payment terms to customers.
Assist the debt collector when called upon.
Ensure completeness of sales documentation, which is a prerequisite for legal action if a receivable becomes doubtful.
Initiate steps to procure products required through the Central Logistics Coordinator / Regional Sales Manager.
Ensure timely delivery of goods to customers.
Ensure submission of quality certificates, data sheets, and product brochures where necessary.
Ensure timely submission of invoices and other related documents to customers.

Experience and Requirements

The role requires 2-5 years of relevant experience. Candidates are expected to manage sales activities, customer interactions, and administrative tasks efficiently to meet company objectives.
