About the Sales Representative Role

شركة العوجان للمرطبات is seeking a Sales Representative to join their team in Dammam, Eastern Province. This is a full-time position with an entry-level requirement of 0-1 years of experience. The role involves direct customer engagement to drive sales and manage client relationships.

Core Responsibilities

The Sales Representative will be responsible for a range of activities focused on achieving sales targets and maintaining customer satisfaction. Key duties include:

• Gathering and documenting product data and specifications for goods and services.
• Developing and maintaining a comprehensive database of current and prospective customers, including their contact details and addresses.
• Initiating contact with customers through visits or calls to present sales offers and highlight product advantages.
• Managing the end-to-end sales process, including issuing invoices and processing payments.
• Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction and to collect outstanding debts.
• Preparing and submitting regular work reports to management.

Sales Process Management

This role requires active participation in all stages of the sales cycle. Responsibilities include:

• Promoting products by detailing their specifications and competitive benefits to customers.
• Verifying pricing structures and applying authorized discounts.
• Ensuring the accurate completion of sales transactions and the issuance of invoices.
• Collecting payments from customers and remitting them to the finance department.
• Recording and documenting all collected debts and submitting them promptly.

Reporting and Documentation

Accurate record-keeping and reporting are essential components of this position. The Sales Representative will be expected to:

• Prepare detailed work reports that summarize sales activities and outcomes.
• Ensure all work-related documentation is properly saved and organized.
