About the Role

Arla Foods is seeking a Sales Supervisor Food Service HORECA to join their team in Dammam, Eastern region. This full-time role focuses on driving sales within the food service and HORECA sectors, building strong customer relationships, and supporting distribution channels to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Visit existing and new customers to identify and convert sales opportunities.
Proactively generate new sales leads.
Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate products and services.
Provide product demonstrations and support customers in resolving issues.
Negotiate prices within authorized limits and finalize sales orders to meet established targets.
Identify, research, and contact prospective customers to build positive relationships that foster future sales and repeat business.
Refer sales leads, customer feedback, and competitor activity information to relevant internal contacts to ensure responsiveness to market changes and customer demands.
Establish weekly sales plans, prioritizing and scheduling activities to achieve targets.
Ensure comprehensive product knowledge of all relevant SKUs.
Coach distributor sales representatives on selling skills, product knowledge, and applications to help them achieve their sales targets.
Coordinate with distributors, direct customers, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications and Experience

A minimum of 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in sales, preferably within the food service or HORECA sector.
Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and manage customer relationships effectively.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Dammam, focusing on the Eastern region. The role involves regular customer visits and coordination with various stakeholders to ensure operational efficiency and sales growth.
