Role Overview

Saudi Chainlink Fence Mfg. Co. Ltd. is seeking a Senior Sales Engineer to join its team in Dammam, Eastern, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role focuses on driving business growth and managing client relationships within the Physical Perimeter Security Systems sector across the Kingdom. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and account management within this specialized field.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities with contractors, consultants, government entities, and end users.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, project managers, and procurement teams.
Conduct technical presentations, site visits, and product demonstrations.
Prepare and submit technical and commercial proposals in line with project specifications and company standards.
Prepare and submit Material Submittals and Prequalification (PQ) documents according to client requirements.
Collaborate with engineering, estimation, and project teams to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming projects to identify new opportunities.
Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, and industry events to promote the company's products and services.
Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates for management.
Ensure timely invoice submission and follow up on payment collections.
Maintain accurate sales inquiries, quotations, and order records.
Support and supervise Sales and Project Coordinators to ensure timely document release for manufacturing and dispatch.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or an equivalent qualification.
Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in Physical Perimeter Security Solutions within the Saudi market.
Hands-on experience with one or more of the following:
- Chain Link & Welded Mesh Fencing Systems
- Gates, Barriers, Bollards, and Turnstiles
- Security Fencing (Anti-Climb, Razor Mesh, Electric Fence)
- Access Control Integration or related security systems

Essential Skills and Attributes

Proven track record of achieving sales targets in KSA.
Strong network within the construction, security, and infrastructure sectors.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Valid Saudi driving license with willingness to travel across the Kingdom.

Preferred Background

Experience working on government, defense, critical infrastructure, or GIGA projects in Saudi Arabia.
Ability to interpret fence drawings, layouts, specifications, and BOQs.
Strong technical understanding with a solution-oriented approach.
Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
