About the Role

SRACO Company is seeking a Supervisor Accountant to join their team in Dammam, Eastern region. This full-time role requires an individual with 5-10 years of experience in accounting, focusing on payroll and related financial reconciliations. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of payroll processes and financial records.

Key Responsibilities

Review payroll inputs, including salary changes, allowances, deductions, overtime, and employee settlements, for accuracy and proper approval.
Coordinate closely with HR and Payroll teams to ensure timely and accurate payroll processing.
Reconcile payroll records, payment schedules, and employee-related accounts with the General Ledger.
Review payroll cost allocations across various projects, departments, and the company.
Supervise reconciliations of employee benefit provisions, including end-of-service benefits, leave, and tickets.
Review GOSI reconciliations, investigate payroll variances, and provide support for month-end closing and audit requirements.
Oversee team activities and maintain strict payroll confidentiality and documented controls.

Qualifications and Experience

A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in accounting, with a strong focus on payroll management and financial reconciliation.
Demonstrated ability to review and verify complex financial data.
Experience in coordinating with cross-functional teams such as HR and Payroll.
Proficiency in reconciling various financial accounts and ledgers.

Required Skills

Strong analytical skills for investigating variances and ensuring data accuracy.
Excellent organizational skills to manage team activities and maintain documented controls.
High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential payroll information.
Ability to support month-end closing procedures and audit processes effectively.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Dammam, within the Eastern region. The role involves working collaboratively with internal teams and managing accounting processes in a structured environment.
