About Dana Rayhaan by Rotana

Dana Rayhaan by Rotana is seeking a dedicated Tailor to join its team in Dammam. This full-time position is integral to maintaining the high standards of appearance and service within the hotel, contributing to a seamless experience for both guests and employees.

The Role of a Tailor

As a Tailor, you will be responsible for executing daily tailoring duties as instructed by Superiors, ensuring all work adheres strictly to established hotel policies and procedures. This role plays a crucial part in supporting the overall operational efficiency and presentation standards of the hotel, including direct support for guest requests and comprehensive employee uniform management.

Key Responsibilities

Measure, make, or alter uniforms for new employees to ensure proper fit and professional appearance.
Perform basic alterations requested by guests promptly and accurately.
Inform the linen room supervisor regarding the replenishment of sewing supplies to maintain adequate stock levels.
Repair and maintain uniforms for all hotel employees, ensuring they are always in excellent condition.
Maintain detailed records of daily work completed, including alterations, repairs, and uniform issuance.
Convert discarded linen into usable items for re-circulation within hotel operations.
Organize and conduct inventory of all fabric materials and tailoring equipment.
Ensure the tailoring area is kept clean, tidy, and organized at all times.
Undertake additional duties and tasks as assigned by Superiors.

Qualifications and Experience

A minimum of 0-1 years of experience in tailoring or a related field.
Demonstrated ability to perform tailoring duties accurately and efficiently.
Understanding of hotel policies and procedures related to uniform management and guest services.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time position based at Dana Rayhaan by Rotana in Dammam. The role requires adherence to hotel operational schedules and standards, contributing to the overall efficiency of housekeeping services.
