نظرة عامة على الدور:
في هذا الدور المثير، ستكون مسؤولاً عن الحفاظ على جودة المنتج من المواد الخام إلى السلع النهائية. تشمل مسؤولياتك:

إجراء فحوصات للمواد الخام الواردة.
إجراء اختبارات قياس الجودة عبر جميع نطاقات المنتجات.
إبلاغ الفريق الإنتاجي ومدير الجودة بالنواقص.
الحفاظ على بيئة اختبار مناسبة في المختبر.
فحص السلع النهائية بعد الإنتاج وقبل الشحن.
إعداد مراكز المخزون اليومية لرفوف التخزين.
تعبئة قوائم الفحص لمراحل الإنتاج المختلفة للإبلاغ عن عدم المطابقات.
إعداد تقارير الدفعات والحفاظ على الوثائق المناسبة لنظام جودة فعال.
تنفيذ المهام كما هو موضح من قبل مدير ضمان الجودة.
المشاركة في عمليات التحقق من المواد الخام الجديدة أو الآلات أو خطوط الإنتاج.

المؤهلات:
يجب أن يكون المرشح المثالي لديه:

ماجستير في الكيمياء أو بكالوريوس في الهندسة الكيميائية أو من معهد بلاستيكي معترف به.
شهادات مهنية/فنية في تخصص ذي صلة.
حد أدنى من 5 سنوات من الخبرة ذات الصلة.
القدرة على إجراء جميع الاختبارات المختبرية لأفلام BOPP.
معرفة مفاهيم كيمياء البوليمر.

المعرفة والمهارات:
نبحث عن مرشحين يتمتعون بـ:

مهارات اتصال وعرض قوية.
إتقان اللغة الإنجليزية تحدثًا وكتابة.
إجادة استخدام MS Word وExcel وPowerPoint.

Join TASNEE as a Senior Technician II in Quality Control!
At TASNEE, a leading plastic product manufacturer in the Middle East, we are dedicated to innovation and excellence in our products. We are seeking a motivated Senior Technician II, Quality Control to ensure our product quality from raw materials to finished goods. This on-site position based in Dammam, KSA offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our commitment to quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct inspections of incoming raw materials.
Perform quality measuring tests for all product ranges.
Communicate deficiencies to the production team and quality manager.
Maintain a lab environment appropriate for testing.
Inspect finished goods post-production and prior to dispatch.
Prepare daily stock positions for the storage rack.
Complete checklists for various production processes to report non-conformance.
Prepare batch reports and maintain documentation for effective quality systems.
Participate in the validation of new raw materials, machines, or production lines.
Follow ISO quality and safety procedures, guidance, and work instructions.
Ensure compliance with safety procedures and requirements (OHSAS 18001).

Minimum Qualifications and Experience:

MSc in Chemistry or BE in Chemical Engineering or from a recognized Plastic Institute.
Professional/Technical certifications in the relevant discipline.
5 years of experience in a similar role.
Ability to perform all lab testing for BOPP films.
Conceptual knowledge of Polymer Chemistry.
