Join Aujan Coca-Cola Beverages Company (ACCBC) as a Quality Control Technician!As a Quality Control Technician, you will play a vital role in maintaining the highest standards of food safety and quality at ACCBC. Your key accountabilities will include:
- Food Safety and Quality Culture: Upholding the standards set for Food Safety, Quality, Safety, and Environment.
- Health, Safety, and Environmental Culture: Promoting a safe and sustainable work environment.
- Collaboration and Continuous Improvement: Working with your team to improve existing processes.
- Product Samples Collection & Analysis: Collecting and analyzing product samples to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Monitoring Raw and Packaging Materials: Ensuring all materials used meet safety and quality requirements.
- Report Preparation: Documenting findings and ensuring transparency.
- Use of Laboratory Equipment: Adhering to Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and maintaining lab hygiene.
- Handling Non-Conforming Products: Managing products that do not meet quality standards.
Qualifications, Experience, & Skills:To excel in this role, you should possess a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Food Process Engineering, Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a related field from a reputable institution, along with 35 years of relevant experience, with at least 2 years in laboratory roles within the Food or Beverage industries.
Key Skills:- Knowledge of Quality, Safety, and Environment Management Systems.
- Familiarity with GMP, GLP, and Lean Operations.
- Strong laboratory analytical testing abilities.
- Basic knowledge of packaging, process machinery, and food hygiene.
- Basic computer skills.
