Join Koch as a Maintenance Supervisor!
We're seeking a dedicated Maintenance Supervisor to oversee all maintenance activities at our KES Manufacturing hub in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. In this pivotal role, you will ensure the highest standards of Environment, Health & Safety (EHS), Quality, and Productivity are maintained while supporting our reliable and efficient manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee maintenance of equipment and facilities, ensuring compliance with all safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
• Champion a strong EHS culture by proactively identifying risks and ensuring adherence to EHS policies.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to improve equipment reliability.
• Lead, coach, and develop the maintenance team for timely and high-quality execution of maintenance activities.
• Utilize the Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) / ERP system for effective maintenance planning and resource management.

Qualifications:

• Demonstrated ability to lead a maintenance team to achieve high equipment reliability and safety standards.
• Experience in diagnosing and resolving complex electrical and mechanical issues in an industrial environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with ERP/EAM systems.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities.
