Wisdom Management Consultancy is actively seeking a Part-Time Remote Accountant to join its team. This role is crucial for managing the company's accounting operations and ensuring full statutory compliance within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, specifically supporting operations based in Riyadh.

The Role of the Accountant

The Accountant will be responsible for overseeing the complete financial accounting cycle, from daily transactions to month-end closing. This position requires a meticulous approach to maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring strict adherence to all local tax and customs regulations, including Value Added Tax (VAT) and Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority (ZATCA) requirements. The role is integral to the financial health and regulatory standing of the consultancy.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the monthly accounting cycle.
• Prepare, review, and submit Value Added Tax (VAT) returns.
• Ensure compliance with the requirements of the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority (ZATCA).
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations and month-end closing activities.
• Maintain and update accounting records using Zoho Books.
• Prepare periodic financial reports as required.

Required Qualifications

• Proven practical accounting experience within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Saudi VAT regulations.
• Good understanding of ZATCA requirements and compliance procedures.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in Zoho Books.
• Professional working proficiency in English.

This is a Part-Time Remote position, with responsibilities focused on operations within Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role requires a dedicated professional capable of managing financial operations independently and effectively.
