About the Opportunity

Laverne Group is seeking a motivated Accounting Accounts Receivable (AR) Trainee to join its Finance Department in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role offers a structured, paid training opportunity designed to provide practical experience in managing accounts receivable operations within a professional corporate setting.

Role Contribution

As an Accounting AR Trainee, you will play a supportive role within the finance team by ensuring the accurate and timely processing of customer invoices and payments. This position is integral to maintaining healthy cash flow and accurate financial records, contributing directly to the company's financial stability and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately recording and processing customer invoices in a timely manner.
• Monitoring customer accounts to ensure timely payments.
• Assisting in reconciling Accounts Receivable balances with the general ledger.
• Coordinating with finance team members to verify account accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
• Supporting the improvement of collection procedures to enhance the company’s cash flow.
• Tracking and updating payment records within accounting systems.
• Maintaining accurate and well-organized financial files and documentation.
• Assisting in identifying and escalating overdue payments when required.
• Reviewing financial information for accuracy under supervision.
• Ensuring the quality and timely completion of assigned tasks.

Candidate Profile

We are seeking candidates with 0-1 years of experience, ideally with an academic background or initial exposure to accounting or finance. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to develop practical skills in accounts receivable management.

Training Program and Career Progression

This is a paid training opportunity structured as an internship. Upon successful completion of the training period, and based on a performance evaluation, there is a clear potential for transition into a full-time employment role within Laverne Group.
