About the Administrative & Government Relations Associate Role

Supy is seeking an organized and reliable Administrative & Government Relations Associate for its KSA entity. This full-time, entry-level position is based in Riyadh and is ideal for individuals early in their careers who are comfortable navigating Saudi government systems and supporting finance operations. The role offers exposure to HR/PRO administration and finance in a dynamic, multi-entity environment.

Key Responsibilities

The primary responsibilities of this role are divided into three main areas:

  • Government Portal Administration: This includes managing employee Iqama processes (issuance, renewal, cancellation), handling GOSI registrations and contributions, processing Qudra (Nitaqat) program requirements, and liaising with KSA government portals such as Muqeem, Absher, GOSI, and Qiwa for compliance updates. Maintaining accurate records of employee documentation and tracking expiry dates for renewals are also key aspects.
  • Billing Support: Responsibilities involve assisting with the preparation and issuance of customer invoices using Zoho Books (KSA), validating pricing against agreements, maintaining an invoice tracker, and supporting the reconciliation of incoming payments.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: This entails working closely with HR and Finance teams to ensure deadlines are met, communicating with employees regarding documentation, and escalating any discrepancies to the appropriate team lead.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess the following qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative, HR support, government relations, or billing role. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Familiarity with KSA government portals (Qiwa, Absher, GOSI) is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • A high degree of attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Strong written communication skills.
  • Must be a Saudi national.

Tools and Systems Utilized

The role will involve working with the following systems:

  • Qiwa, Muqeem, Absher, GOSI portals
  • Zoho Books (KSA)
  • Google Sheets / Excel
  • Gmail

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time position located in Riyadh. The role requires close collaboration with internal HR and Finance teams, as well as communication with employees and external government entities.
