About the Role

HanmiGlobal MENA is seeking an experienced Contract Administrator to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a contract position responsible for managing contracts throughout their lifecycle, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements, and fostering successful relationships with contractors and suppliers.

Role Overview

The Contract Administrator will play a key role in ensuring that all contractual agreements are meticulously managed from preparation through negotiation and execution. This position requires a detail-oriented professional capable of coordinating with various stakeholders to maintain compliance and resolve issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare, review, and negotiate contract terms and conditions in alignment with company standards.
Maintain accurate records of contracts and related correspondence.
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure contract compliance.
Monitor contract deadlines, deliverables, and financial milestones.
Analyze contract risks and propose mitigation strategies.
Resolve any contract-related disputes or issues promptly.
Ensure all contracts adhere to legal and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications and Experience

A minimum of 10 years of experience in contract administration or a related field.
Demonstrated ability to manage contracts throughout their lifecycle.
Strong understanding of legal and regulatory requirements pertaining to contracts.

Work Type and Location

This is a contract position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role requires on-site presence to effectively manage contract processes and stakeholder relationships.
