About Red Sea Global and DevCo

Red Sea Global is developing Saudi Arabia's Red Sea coast into a sustainable tourism destination. DevCo, a subsidiary of Red Sea Global, was established in 2017 to develop luxury resorts, residential communities, and infrastructure projects that integrate with the region's natural environment and cultural heritage.

Role Summary

The Assistant Manager - DevCo Strategic Planning and Performance will be responsible for translating DevCo's growth objectives into actionable, costed proposals and ensuring the availability of a workforce capable of delivering these initiatives. This full-time position is based in Riyadh and requires 5-10 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the preparation of business cases, investment papers, cost models, and resource estimates.
Manage the bid calendar, bid/no-bid register, and the end-to-end proposal cycle.
Ensure win/loss analyses are completed and that lessons learned are integrated into future bids.
Develop and maintain the Strategic Workforce Plan and workforce forecast.
Maintain workforce analytics related to capability supply, demand, and cost per capability.
Reconcile the Strategic Workforce Plan with the approved deployment baseline prior to planning, bid, and budget cycles.
Maintain commercial and manpower assumptions used in proposals and business cases.

Qualifications and Experience

A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in a relevant field.
Demonstrated ability to manage business cases, cost models, bid calendars, and proposal cycles.
Experience in developing and maintaining Strategic Workforce Plans.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role involves working within a team dedicated to strategic planning and performance for DevCo.
