About the Corporate Planning Manager Role

Cyberani by Aramco Digital is seeking a Corporate Planning Manager for a full-time position in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role is responsible for leading the development and execution of the organization’s strategic and operational plans. The manager will achieve this by analyzing business performance, aligning departmental goals with corporate objectives, and providing actionable insights that support effective decision-making and long-term growth.

Core Responsibilities

• Oversee corporate strategy and planning, providing relevant strategic process insights.
• Develop company statements including Vision, Mission, and long-term objectives (3–5 years).
• Assess Cyberani’s strategic position using analytical tools such as PESTEL, SWOT, and Porter's Five Forces.
• Develop short-term (1-year) and long-term (3–5 years) business plans.
• Formulate and adapt corporate strategy, and develop a comprehensive KPI library.
• Develop strategic long-term and short-term goals and initiatives.

Strategic Oversight and Collaboration

• Act as secretary of the Management Committee (MC) and track corporate actions.
• Prepare the Board of Directors agenda and manage all related activities for Board engagements and communications.
• Facilitate strategy workshops with executive leadership to refine priorities and strategic initiatives.
• Develop and implement the company's strategic planning process, including setting objectives, identifying key initiatives, and monitoring progress.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks that may impact the company's strategic direction.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather input and insights for strategic decision-making.

Performance Analysis and Reporting

• Conduct in-depth analysis of current and past trends for financial reporting, covering all areas of revenue, cost of sales, and expenses.
• Develop mid-year and year-end company reports.
• Develop scenario planning models to assess potential risks and opportunities under different market conditions.
• Establish a corporate performance management framework, linking strategy to execution through cascading KPIs.
• Prepare and present reports and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of strategic initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and making adjustments as necessary.
• Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and present performance, insights, and recommendations to executives.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• An MBA is preferred.
• 5-10 years of relevant professional experience in corporate planning or a related strategic role.
