alfanar Group is seeking a Corporate Strategy Management Manager to join their team in Riyadh. This is a full-time position for a professional with over 10 years of experience, responsible for leading the development, execution, and governance of the company’s corporate strategy.

Role Purpose

The primary purpose of this role is to provide strategic direction for the company. This involves leveraging market intelligence, competitive analysis, and external insights to facilitate informed decision-making, ensure organizational alignment, and drive sustainable growth across the group.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and periodic review of the corporate strategy.
• Define strategic objectives, priorities, initiatives, and long-term targets.
• Ensure the strategy accurately reflects organizational capabilities and external market conditions.
• Lead annual and long-term strategic planning cycles.
• Translate strategic priorities into actionable plans, milestones, and performance measures.
