Role Overview

Qiddiya is seeking an Associate Director Asset Management to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time role focuses on the operational phase of assets as they transition from development. The position requires an experienced hospitality professional motivated by the opportunity to contribute to the operational future of a large-scale development, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, operational excellence, strong operator partnerships, and sustainable asset performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor hotel operations, service standards, guest experience, costs, and operator performance.
• Review management reports, guest feedback, audits, and operational risks.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, revenue performance, and asset value.
• Ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), brand standards, safety requirements, and approved business plans.
• Review and coordinate Operating Supplies & Equipment (OS&E) and Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment (FF&E) selections, mock-ups, installation readiness, and handover processes.
• Support capital projects and asset enhancements while minimizing operational disruption.
• Coordinate with hotel operators, consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
• Prepare operational reports and track improvement actions through completion.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in the hospitality sector.
• Demonstrated experience in asset management or a related operational role within hospitality.
• Ability to manage complex operational challenges and drive performance improvements.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Riyadh. The role involves working within a dynamic environment focused on the long-term operations of Qiddiya's diverse assets.
