About the Role

Procapita Group is seeking an experienced Brand Manager Food Service to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role focuses on driving brand growth, customer acquisition, and market execution within the HORECA / Food Service sector across Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities

Execute brand strategy and maintain premium brand positioning throughout the market.
Drive brand activations, visibility initiatives, POSM deployment, and in-market execution.
Identify and acquire high-potential HORECA customers, developing long-term relationships.
Develop product proposals and SKU recommendations based on customer needs and profitability analysis.
Collaborate closely with Sales teams to support account growth and customer engagement efforts.
Coordinate with Category Management, Supply Chain, and other internal teams on forecasting, product availability, and order planning.
Support sales teams through product training, market insights, pricing inputs, customer presentations, and product demonstrations.
Coordinate with brand/principal teams regarding market requirements, POSM, and special requests.
Analyze sales data, customer consumption patterns, pricing, margins, competitor activity, and overall brand performance.
Maintain forecasts, brand trackers, customer pipelines, and performance reports to support commercial decision-making.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
Strong experience in customer development and commercial execution.
Strong analytical, forecasting, and commercial planning skills.
Experience working with suppliers is an advantage.
Strong communication, collaboration, decision-making, and relationship management skills.
