Brand Manager

About the Role

Kinetic Business Solutions is partnering with a leading pharmaceutical company in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, to recruit a Brand Manager. This full-time position requires 2-5 years of experience and is open to Saudi nationals only, in compliance with Saudization requirements. The Brand Manager will be responsible for developing and executing brand plans, driving product performance, and identifying market growth opportunities within an assigned portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement brand strategies and annual brand plans that align with business objectives.
• Analyze market trends, customer insights, competitor activities, and sales performance to identify growth opportunities.
• Formulate marketing strategies, campaigns, and promotional initiatives based on market insights.
• Lead marketing activities, including the development of promotional materials, campaigns, and educational initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with the Sales team to ensure effective implementation of brand strategies and field activities.
• Ensure all marketing activities adhere to SFDA requirements, company policies, and applicable industry codes.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Medicine, Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• 2–3 years of experience within the pharmaceutical industry, with a focus on Brand/Product Management, particularly in Consumer Health.
• Demonstrated experience in developing and executing brand plans and marketing strategies.
• Experience working cross-functionally with teams such as Sales, Medical, Market Access, and Regulatory.

Location and Eligibility

This position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. In line with Saudization requirements, this role is exclusively open to Saudi nationals.
