Role Overview

The Business Development Executive will be responsible for expanding EuroTech ME's market presence and driving revenue growth. This position requires a blend of strategic thinking, sales expertise, and strong communication skills to identify and secure new business, while also nurturing existing client relationships to ensure long-term success and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive EuroTech ME's growth and market presence within KSA.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold calling.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop effective strategies for lead generation and client acquisition.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring favorable terms for both parties.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify potential threats and opportunities.
• Prepare regular reports on sales performance, pipeline activity, and market trends.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth project implementation and client satisfaction.
• Travel to client sites and industry events as required to foster relationships and represent the company.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven track record of success in business development with 5-10 years of experience in a similar role.
• Previous experience within the technology, security, and audio-visual sectors is essential.
• Strong sales acumen and negotiation skills, with a demonstrated ability to close deals and exceed targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport with clients and internal stakeholders.
