About the Role

BM Events is seeking a Business Development Executive to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role focuses on identifying prospects, opening new accounts, arranging meetings, and converting opportunities into confirmed business. The ideal candidate will be a results-driven professional capable of developing business independently from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and acquire new B2B clients in Riyadh and across Saudi Arabia.
Target event organizers, event agencies, hotels, venues, exhibitions, corporate companies, and leading brands.
Generate new business through LinkedIn, cold calling, email outreach, networking, and market research.
Research upcoming events, exhibitions, and hospitality projects to identify staffing opportunities.
Connect with key decision-makers and arrange client meetings.
Introduce BM Events’ staffing solutions and prepare proposals and quotations.
Negotiate commercial terms and successfully close new business opportunities.
Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
Manage the sales pipeline and consistently work toward business development targets.
Travel for client meetings, site visits, and business development activities when required.
