About the Role: Business Development Manager

Adecco is seeking a Business Development Manager to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time position is designed for a results-driven professional with a strong background in sales and client relationship management within the technology sector. The role focuses on expanding our corporate client base across Saudi Arabia.

Role Purpose

The primary purpose of this role is to drive business growth by identifying, developing, and acquiring new corporate clients. The Business Development Manager will be instrumental in understanding client business needs and recommending suitable cybersecurity and technology training solutions, thereby contributing to the company's market presence and revenue objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and acquire new corporate clients throughout Saudi Arabia.
  • Generate and qualify sales leads through networking, prospecting, and direct client outreach.
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline using Salesforce CRM.
  • Assess client business needs and propose appropriate cybersecurity and technology training solutions.
  • Prepare and present commercial proposals, negotiate contracts, and close new business opportunities.
  • Manage key customer accounts and cultivate long-term client relationships.
  • Conduct regular account reviews to identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the smooth execution of client engagements.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 5–7 years of B2B sales or business development experience.
  • Mandatory experience within the technology industry.
  • Previous experience in cybersecurity, IT training, technology training, or professional learning solutions is highly preferred.
  • Strong experience in enterprise sales, account management, and lead generation.

Required Skills

  • Hands-on experience using Salesforce CRM or similar CRM platforms.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role requires a dynamic individual capable of working independently and collaboratively within a professional team environment to achieve sales targets and build a robust client portfolio.
