About the Role

COMM-IT MIDDLE EAST LLC is seeking a Business Development Specialist to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time role focuses on driving growth and expanding the client base within the recruitment industry, specifically targeting the accounting sector. The specialist will identify new business opportunities, build client relationships, and ensure recruitment services meet client needs.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities for recruitment and staffing needs through market research and networking to expand the client base and drive revenue.
Develop and maintain client relationships, understanding their recruitment needs, and providing tailored solutions.
Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure a seamless client experience, offering insights and feedback to enhance service delivery.
Conduct presentations and proposals for prospective clients, articulating the value of recruitment services.
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions and identify areas for improvement or innovation.
Participate in networking events and industry conferences to build brand awareness.
Prepare regular reports on business development activities, tracking progress against targets and providing recommendations.
Work with clients to promote IT Outsourcing services and attract new clients.

Experience and Qualifications

4-5 years of experience in business development.
Demonstrated ability to drive growth and expand client bases.
Strong understanding of the recruitment industry landscape.
