The Business Development Specialist Role

Breeze Holding Company is seeking a Business Development Specialist to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is offered through the Tamheer (On-the-Job Training) program, providing a direct path to full-time employment. Key Responsibilities

Conduct market opportunity analysis, including researching market trends, identifying new revenue streams, and exploring strategic expansion opportunities for Breez.
Structure solutions by analyzing needs across B2B and B2G segments to craft tailored service offerings that maximize market penetration.
Prepare high-impact business proposals, financial projections, and commercial pitch decks.
Lead commercial negotiations and execute high-value business deals.
Monitor business development Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and report actionable insights directly to leadership.
