About the Role

Moonlight is seeking a dedicated Business Development Specialist to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is central to identifying new growth opportunities, cultivating strategic relationships, and developing services and products that enhance the company's market presence and revenue streams.

Role Purpose and Collaboration

The Business Development Specialist will play a critical role in driving Moonlight's expansion and market penetration. This position requires close collaboration with internal sales and management teams to ensure alignment with strategic objectives and effective execution of business development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify new growth and expansion opportunities, proposing initiatives to increase market share.
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with potential clients and partners, professionally representing the company to enhance its market image and credibility.
• Research and engage with new clients, presenting tailored offers and business plans that align with their needs and contribute to company objectives.
• Participate in the preparation and development of commercial offers and services that meet market demands and client requirements.
• Coordinate with sales, marketing, and project teams to ensure the successful execution of agreed-upon opportunities and deliver an optimal customer experience.
• Prepare periodic reports on business opportunities, progress, and achieved results for management to support informed decision-making.
• Contribute to the achievement of defined growth and revenue targets, monitoring key performance indicators related to business development.
• Monitor customer satisfaction post-contract and work to develop relationships, ensuring continuity and fostering future opportunities.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of professional experience in business development.
• Demonstrated experience in the field of exhibitions and events is required.
