About VOZ Music Production and the Role

VOZ Music Production is seeking an experienced Business Partnership Specialist to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is critical for developing strategic relationships and attracting new collaboration opportunities that support the company's growth and business expansion.

Role Purpose and Impact

The Business Partnership Specialist will be responsible for building and managing commercial partnerships across various sectors. This includes fostering relationships with government entities, private sector organizations, and other strategic partners to achieve VOZ Music Production's business objectives and enhance market presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify new strategic partnership opportunities that align with company goals.
• Build and manage relationships with current and potential partners.
• Develop long-term collaboration initiatives and commercial partnerships.
• Negotiate partnership terms and agreements, and manage the contracting phases.
• Prepare and present partnership proposals and joint initiatives.
• Monitor the execution of agreements and ensure target results are achieved.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure the success of partnerships and joint projects.
• Prepare periodic reports regarding partnership performance and development opportunities.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in a relevant business partnership or development role.
• Proven experience in a B2B business environment.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and relationships simultaneously.
• Previous experience in the media, production, or creative industries sector is a strong advantage.
