The Chain is a prominent company seeking a dedicated professional to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time, on-site role is integral to managing and executing high-quality catering services for various events.

Role Overview

The Catering Manager is responsible for the comprehensive planning, coordination, and execution of catering operations. This includes menu design, overseeing food preparation, and managing all service logistics for events. The role requires collaboration with restaurant leadership, kitchen teams, and service staff to ensure exceptional food presentation, timely delivery, and seamless event execution.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, organize, and oversee daily catering operations and event execution.
Manage client inquiries and bookings, develop event proposals, and supervise set-up and breakdown.
Lead catering, service, and operational teams to ensure high standards.
Prepare operational plans, budgets, quotations, and cost estimates.
Monitor food cost, labor cost, inventory, wastage, and profitability.
Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, quality, and contractual standards.
Build strong client relationships and respond effectively to operational concerns to encourage repeat business.
Coordinate with culinary, procurement, finance, HR, logistics, and business development teams.
Manage catering budgets, track inventory, and train team members.

Qualifications and Experience

A minimum of 10 years of experience in catering management or a related field.
Demonstrated ability to manage complex catering operations and events.
Strong understanding of food and beverage standards, health, and safety regulations.

Work Environment

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The Catering Manager will work closely with various internal teams to deliver successful catering services.
