The Role of Client Delivery Specialist

Lucidya is seeking a Client Delivery Specialist (Project Based) to join our team in Riyadh. This is a hands-on, project-based contract role, typically for one year, where the specialist will serve as Lucidya's dedicated on-site representative at a client's office. The primary responsibility involves managing and coordinating the delivery of assigned client projects, working closely with client stakeholders and internal Lucidya teams to ensure smooth execution, timely deliverables, and strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of assigned client projects, from kickoff through final handover.
• Act as the on-site Lucidya representative at the client office, managing day-to-day coordination and execution.
• Build, track, and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Lead project implementation activities for Lucidya's SaaS solutions in alignment with agreed scope.
• Coordinate across internal teams (Product, Customer Success, Professional Services, Support) to ensure timely delivery.
• Monitor project progress, manage risks, and proactively address challenges.
• Manage client communication, updates, escalations, and expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure quality, compliance, and timely completion of all project outcomes and deliverables.
• Maintain project documentation, status reporting, and handover materials.
• Contribute to improving project delivery processes and best practices.

Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 years of experience working directly with customers in project-based or operational roles.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively manage stakeholders from diverse cultures and seniority levels.
• Proven time-management skills and the capacity to effectively prioritize multiple tasks.
• Adaptability to fast-paced environments and changing priorities.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English is required for effective client and internal communication.

Work Environment

This is a contract position, typically for one year, requiring the specialist to be physically present on-site at the client's office in Riyadh. The role involves embedding with a specific customer to oversee daily coordination and project execution.
