Bav Group México is seeking a Community Manager Saudi National to join its Studio X team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position involves acting as the voice for prominent global brands, managing and cultivating their social media presence throughout the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Content Strategy and Development

The Community Manager will contribute to the strategic development and execution of content across various digital platforms. Key responsibilities include:

• Guiding fit-for-platform content strategies rooted in cultural and platform-specific insights.
• Partnering with creative and strategy teams to deliver always-on content that fuels fandom and cultural relevance.
• Developing platform-tailored content management approaches across paid and organic channels.
• Identifying trends and opportunities to inspire new content ideas and innovation.

Community Engagement and Insights

This role is central to fostering authentic audience interactions and leveraging data to inform engagement strategies. Responsibilities include:

• Acting as the brand’s voice, engaging authentically and promptly with audiences across social platforms.
• Responding to questions, resolving concerns, and nurturing online communities in line with SLAs.
• Building meaningful, two-way conversations that deepen audience connection and brand love.
• Staying ahead of cultural trends, emerging conversations, and local insights to shape engagement strategies.
• Conducting social audits to ensure brand presence is optimized across platforms.
• Providing data-backed recommendations to inform strategy and enhance performance.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

The Community Manager will work closely with various internal and external teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging and content delivery. Key collaborative efforts involve:
