The Role: Community Manager

Sanabil Studio is seeking a Community Manager to oversee Sanabil's early-stage community. This full-time position, based in Riyadh, involves building membership, establishing community rituals, organizing events, developing offerings, and implementing a performance system. The goal is to establish this community as a primary destination for early-stage founders in Saudi Arabia. The role requires 5-10 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead community, events, performance, and offerings as an integrated activation function across all Sanabil Hub programs.
• Plan and execute a consistent schedule of events, including founder dinners, masterclasses, demo nights, AMAs, partner sessions, and signature flagships across all Hub programs.
• Manage the complete event lifecycle, from briefing and run-of-show to speaker coordination, registrations, hosting, and follow-up.
• Own the community scorecard, tracking metrics such as attendance, NPS, repeat-visit rate, new members, and founder pipeline contribution across the Hub.
• Maintain a centralized source of truth for members, events, deals, and partner engagement within the Hub.
• Activate alumni and senior operators to be active participants within the community.
• Collaborate with accelerator, venture studio, and talent program teams to ensure a consistent experience across the Hub.
• Serve as an MC, moderator, opener, or closer for events as needed.

Candidate Profile

• Demonstrated ability to make clear, structured decisions under pressure and maintain accountability for set KPIs.
• Highly organized with a reliable system for managing work.
• Proficient in working with data, including pulling, interpreting, and presenting information clearly.
• Willingness to work an event schedule that may include evenings and occasional weekends.
