About the Role

MIMCO Arabia is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead a large-scale palace construction project in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position where the Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the project from mobilization through to handover, reporting directly to the Project Director.

Project Context

As the main contractor for this significant project, MIMCO Arabia requires a Project Manager with 5-10 years of relevant experience to ensure successful execution. The role involves comprehensive management of project elements within a high-profile construction environment in Riyadh.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the full project scope, schedule, cost, and quality.
Prepare and update the project program, budget, and cash flow.
Coordinate effectively with the client, consultant, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Lead the on-site team, including engineers, foremen, and document control personnel.
Control variations, claims, and change orders throughout the project lifecycle.
Enforce Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) and quality requirements on site.
Conduct weekly progress meetings and issue comprehensive monthly reports.

Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
At least 10 years of experience in construction, with a minimum of 5 years in a Project Manager role.
Prior experience in Saudi Arabia is preferred.
Strong knowledge of Primavera P6, MS Project, and FIDIC contracts.
PMP certification is preferred.
Experience on high-end or luxury building projects is considered an advantage.
Valid Saudi iqama is required.

This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and involves leading a dedicated site team on a significant construction project. The role requires strong leadership and coordination skills within a dynamic project environment.
