About the Role

Elm Company is seeking a Consultant to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time position focuses on supporting the development, enhancement, and optimization of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solutions. The role is crucial for improving operational efficiency and enabling digital transformation initiatives across Elm.

Key Responsibilities

• ERP Business Analysis & Requirements Management: Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for ERP systems and related processes. Prepare Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), functional specifications, and process flows, ensuring accurate translation of business needs into system capabilities.
• ERP Solution Development & Enhancement: Support the implementation, enhancement, and optimization of ERP modules and business applications. Analyze enhancement requests, recommend solutions aligned with business objectives, and participate in testing, validation, and deployment activities.
• Business Process Improvement & Digital Transformation: Identify opportunities for business process improvement through ERP capabilities and automation. Support digital transformation initiatives by enabling process optimization and system integration, and contribute to business process standardization.
• Internal Systems Integration & Support: Assist with integration activities between ERP and internal corporate systems, coordinating with technical teams for effective interoperability and data consistency. Troubleshoot and resolve system-related issues impacting business operations.
• Reporting & Analytics Support: Contribute to the preparation of management reports, dashboards, and business analytics related to ERP operations. Analyze operational data to provide insights for business decisions and process improvements.
• Stakeholder & Vendor Management: Collaborate with business units, technical teams, and external vendors on ERP initiatives. Participate in vendor discussions, solution evaluations, and service delivery monitoring. Support stakeholder communication and change management.
• Governance, Controls & Compliance: Ensure business rules, controls, and governance requirements are implemented within ERP systems. Support compliance with organizational policies and standards, and contribute to maintaining system integrity and operational controls.
• Policy and Procedure Adherence: Follow all relevant departmental policies, processes, and standard operating procedures to ensure work is conducted in a controlled and consistent manner. Comply with safety, quality, and environmental management policies.
• Information Security Compliance: Adhere to all relevant information security practices and standards to ensure data integrity and confidentiality.

Qualifications and Experience

The ideal candidate will possess 5 to 10 years of relevant experience. A strong understanding of ERP systems and business processes is required, along with the ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh. The role involves collaboration with various internal teams and external vendors to support the company's digital transformation and operational efficiency goals.
