Consulting Director

About the Role

eSense is seeking an experienced Consulting Director to lead and expand its consulting practice in Riyadh. This full-time senior leadership position involves driving client engagements from strategy to execution and building lasting relationships with senior stakeholders. The role requires a combination of strong business acumen, hands-on delivery experience, and a commitment to developing high-performing consulting teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic direction and growth of eSense's consulting practice, ensuring alignment with client needs and market opportunities.
• Oversee end-to-end delivery of complex consulting engagements, maintaining quality, timeliness, and measurable client impact.
• Cultivate and maintain trusted relationships with C-level and senior client stakeholders, serving as a strategic advisor.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, contributing to proposals, pitches, and account growth initiatives.
• Manage, mentor, and develop a team of consultants and engagement managers, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
• Monitor project profitability, resourcing, and risk management across a portfolio of engagements.
• Represent eSense's perspective through thought leadership, industry events, and client forums.
• Ensure all engagements adhere to governance, compliance, and quality standards.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Over 10 years of experience in management consulting, professional services, or a related field, with a proven record of leading complex client engagements.
• At least 5 years in a senior leadership or director-level role, managing teams and client portfolios within a leading consulting firm in KSA.
• Demonstrated experience in business development, including proposal development and client pitching.

Required Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to translate business challenges into actionable strategies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
