Role Overview

The Corporate Health & Safety Manager will support the HSE Director in developing, implementing, and governing DataVolt's Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) strategy across all projects and operations. This full-time role is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and focuses on fostering a proactive safety culture, ensuring HSE compliance, and driving continuous improvement in data center development and operations both in KSA and internationally. The position requires over 10 years of experience in a relevant field.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Corporate HSE Director to develop, implement, and monitor the corporate HSE strategy and Management System.
• Provide corporate oversight to project HSE teams, ensuring alignment with the approved HSE Management System.
• Lead assigned HSE initiatives, governance reviews, and cross-project learning forums under the direction of the Corporate HSE Director.
• Support the preparation of monthly and quarterly reports, presentations, and performance dashboards.
• Conduct corporate HSE audits, inspections, and compliance assessments across all project locations.
• Ensure consistent application of the Risk Management Procedure.
• Identify systemic HSE risks, including external risks, and escalate them to the Corporate HSE Director.
• Support regulatory compliance activities with authorities.
• Lead incident investigations as assigned, ensuring robust Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and timely corrective action implementation.
• Develop and review emergency response plans at the corporate level and support project-level implementation.
• Track organizational HSE KPIs, analyze trends, and propose improvements to the Corporate HSE Director.
• Follow up on audit actions, incidents, and non-compliances to closure across the organization.

Required Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in Health, Safety, and Environment management.
