About the Internship

COGNNA is seeking a Customer Success COOP for a 6-month internship in Riyadh, Riyadh Province. This role is designed for individuals with 0-1 years of experience, offering an opportunity to learn customer relationship management, tech onboarding, and account growth within a fast-paced environment. The intern will support Customer Success Managers (CSMs) in ensuring clients achieve their objectives through the effective use of company products.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Customer Success team with daily administrative tasks and account maintenance.
• Prepare data and reports for client check-ins, onboarding sessions, and quarterly business reviews (QBRs).
• Respond to basic customer inquiries and escalate complex issues to appropriate team members.
• Monitor customer health metrics and identify accounts requiring proactive engagement.
• Support the updating and maintenance of customer records in the CRM system (*, HubSpot).
• Gather and organize customer feedback for sharing with Product and Sales teams.
• Visit clients and maintain close relationships.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a university program in Business, Administration, IT, or a related field.
• Demonstrated strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• A natural problem-solver with a client-first mindset.
• Comfortable with learning new software and navigating basic technology platforms.

Preferred Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of cybersecurity concepts or a strong interest in learning about the cybersecurity industry.

This internship is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and offers a hands-on learning experience within a professional team setting. The role involves direct interaction with clients and internal teams.
