The Role of Cyber Security Engineer

As a Cyber Security Engineer, you will play a crucial role in administering and maintaining critical cybersecurity solutions. This full-time position involves hands-on experience in deploying and managing advanced security technologies, contributing to the overall security posture of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in the deployment and configuration of security tools to ensure alignment with organizational security policies and compliance requirements.
• Monitor security solutions and collaborate with cross-functional teams to effectively identify and respond to potential threats.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this role should possess 0-1 years of experience in the cybersecurity field. Essential qualifications include:

• Solid foundational knowledge of Network, Operating Systems, and Cybersecurity principles.
• Strong understanding of network security architectures and protocols, including firewalls, VPN, proxy/web gateways, and SD-WAN.
• Hands-on experience in administrating at least one of the following technologies: Proxy/Web Gateway, VPN/ZTNA, CASB, SD-WAN, or DLP.
• Previous experience in implementing at least one of the following technologies: Proxy/Web Gateway, VPN/ZTNA, CASB, SD-WAN, or DLP.
