Role Summary

The Director Enterprise PMO Infrastructure is responsible for overseeing the strategic planning, prioritization, and execution of the AI data center portfolio. This full-time role ensures alignment with business objectives, optimal resource allocation, and effective risk management across all AI data center programs and initiatives. The scope spans from site selection and design through EPC delivery, commissioning, and operational handover.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead portfolio planning and prioritization across multiple AI data center programs.
• Align portfolio strategy with organizational goals and technology roadmaps.
• Monitor portfolio performance, risks, and benefits realization.
• Oversee EPC-delivered capital projects at the portfolio level, including contractor performance, milestone and stage-gate adherence, change orders, and interface management across design, construction, and commissioning phases.
• Collaborate with finance, operations, and engineering teams to ensure budget adherence and resource optimization.
• Provide executive-level reporting and insights to stakeholders.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience is required for this position.
