Hyatt Regency Riyadh Olaya is seeking a Director of Sales and Marketing to lead its commercial efforts in Riyadh. This full-time position requires a professional with over 10 years of experience in the hospitality sector, focusing on driving market presence and achieving business objectives within a dynamic environment.

Role Overview

The Director of Sales and Marketing will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive strategies across various market segments. This role involves leading a sales and marketing team, fostering key relationships, and enhancing brand visibility to ensure sustainable growth for the hotel in Riyadh's competitive market.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive sales, marketing, and communication strategies across all segments, including corporate, government, leisure, MICE, F&B, and events.
Lead and inspire the sales and marketing team, fostering accountability and innovation.
Strengthen relationships with key accounts and partners to position Hyatt Regency Riyadh as a preferred choice for travelers.
Enhance brand visibility through PR, digital, and social media campaigns aligned with global initiatives.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to proactively adjust strategies.
Collaborate with the General Manager, Revenue, and Operations teams to ensure sustainable growth.

Qualifications and Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
Over 10 years of experience in sales and marketing, with a focus on leading international hotel brands.
Demonstrated strong leadership, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills.
Culturally sensitive with the ability to engage diverse audiences effectively.

Work Environment
