The company provides advanced laser engraving, cutting, and marking technologies, alongside Trodat stamping solutions, to a diverse portfolio of B2B clients. Trotec Partner Arabia collaborates with corporate clients to enhance production workflows, improve precision, and maximize operational efficiency through specialized technology solutions.

Role Overview

Lawazen Group is seeking an Electromechanical Maintenance Technician for Trotec Partner Arabia. This is a full-time, field-based technical role operating from Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, suitable for candidates with 0-1 years of experience. The technician will be responsible for the installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance of advanced Trotec laser machinery at client sites throughout the Kingdom. This position serves as the primary technical point of contact for corporate clients, ensuring optimal equipment performance and precision.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install, configure, calibrate, and service high-precision Trotec laser machines at B2B client facilities across Saudi Arabia.
  • Perform on-site diagnostic troubleshooting, electromechanical repairs, and optical system alignments to minimize client downtime.
  • Provide rapid-response technical support to regional clients Kingdom-wide, involving frequent domestic flights.
  • Travel internationally (*, to Austria) with clients for live equipment demonstrations, factory acceptance tests, and custom machine consultations.
  • Deliver comprehensive operational training, safety briefings, and daily maintenance best practices to client machine operators.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate service logs, diagnostic reports, and spare parts inventory data.
  • Collaborate with Trotec’s global engineering and support teams to resolve complex technical challenges and implement software/hardware upgrades.

Required Qualifications

  • Valid authorization to work in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
  • Practical hands-on experience (0-1 years) in electromechanical maintenance, field service, or industrial equipment repair.
  • Commitment to actively participate in and complete the global Trotec Academy technical certification program.
  • Valid Saudi driver’s license and ownership of a personal vehicle for local assignments in Riyadh.
  • Valid passport and a high willingness to travel frequently via air, both domestically and internationally.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, customer service orientation, and the ability to work independently in the field.

Work Environment and Travel

This role is field-based and requires extensive domestic travel across Saudi Arabia, often involving domestic flights to support regional clients. Occasional international travel, particularly to Trotec facilities in Austria, is also a requirement for client demonstrations, factory acceptances, and specialized machine consultations.

Professional Development

As part of onboarding and continuous professional growth, the technician will be enrolled in the global Trotec Academy. This program aims to develop mastery of all machinery's technical aspects, leading to certification as a systems expert.
