About the Role

Hyatt Regency is seeking an Event Sales Manager to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time role focuses on driving event and catering sales, building client relationships, and achieving revenue targets within the hospitality sector. The position requires 2-5 years of experience in event sales.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities for meetings, conferences, weddings, and social events.
Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to contract negotiation and event handover.
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and key stakeholders.
Conduct hotel site inspections and client presentations.
Achieve monthly and annual revenue targets for events and catering sales.
Collaborate closely with Operations, Culinary, and Events teams to ensure seamless event execution.
Prepare proposals, contracts, and event quotations in line with hotel standards.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
Attend networking events, trade shows, and sales activities to promote the hotel.

Qualifications and Experience

Minimum of 3 years of experience in Event Sales, Catering Sales, or Hotel Sales within an international hotel brand.
Strong understanding of the Riyadh market and hospitality industry.
Proven track record of achieving sales and revenue targets.

Required Skills

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Work Environment

This role is based in Riyadh and operates on a full-time schedule within the Hyatt Regency team. The Event Sales Manager will work collaboratively with various hotel departments to ensure successful event delivery.
