About the Role

Vitateck Group® is seeking a Finance Manager to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves overseeing accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and contributing to financial analysis and strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will combine strong accounting expertise with financial insight to support the company's financial health and growth.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), and payroll.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis activities.
Monitor cash flow and overall financial performance.
Supervise and guide accounting team members.
Coordinate internal and external audits.
Analyze financial data and provide strategic recommendations to management.
Maintain strong internal controls and continuously improve accounting processes.

Qualifications and Experience

A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in finance or accounting roles.
Demonstrated expertise in managing comprehensive accounting operations.
Proven ability to prepare accurate financial reports and statements.
Strong understanding of financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
Experience in ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
