About the Role

360Solutions is seeking a Finance Manager to lead and oversee the company’s financial operations. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Riyadh, and involves managing key financial functions including budgeting, financial planning, cash flow, and reporting. The role requires 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Role Overview

The Finance Manager will be responsible for the comprehensive management of financial activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and supporting senior management in strategic decision-making. This position is central to maintaining financial health and driving strategic initiatives within the company.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement financial plans and strategies aligned with company goals.
Prepare annual budgets and financial forecasts, and monitor performance against them.
Oversee the preparation of financial statements and periodic financial reports.
Monitor cash flows, expenses, and financial obligations.
Manage relationships with banks, financial institutions, auditors, and financial advisors.
Oversee ZATCA-related obligations, financing, and credit facilities.
Provide financial analysis and recommendations to senior management to support decision-making.
Lead and develop the finance team and monitor its performance.

Qualifications and Experience

2-5 years of experience in a finance management role.
Demonstrated ability to manage budgeting, financial planning, and cash flow.
Experience with financial reporting and analysis.
Familiarity with financial and regulatory compliance, including ZATCA obligations.
