General Manager

About the Role

Burjline Builders is seeking a General Manager to oversee agricultural operations in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role focuses on managing the cultivation of palm trees, fruits, and vegetables. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in agricultural practices and strong leadership capabilities to enhance productivity and sustainability within the sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance agricultural production and efficiency for palm trees, fruits, and vegetables.
• Lead and manage all aspects of agricultural operations, including planting, cultivation, harvesting, and distribution.
• Monitor and evaluate production processes to ensure quality standards and compliance with regulations.
• Collaborate with agronomists and other experts to optimize crop yields and sustainability practices.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance of agricultural operations.
• Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, distributors, and stakeholders within the agriculture industry.
• Recruit, train, and mentor staff, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, technologies, and regulations to ensure best practices are implemented.
• Report directly to the executive team and provide insights into operational performance and strategic direction.
