About WSP and the Role

WSP in the Middle East is seeking an experienced GIS/CAD Support professional to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is integral to providing technical support for GIS and CAD applications, specifically within road and infrastructure projects.

Role Purpose and Context

The successful candidate will work closely with supervision consultants, playing a crucial role in ensuring accurate and efficient data management and visualization for various projects. This involves supporting the technical aspects of Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and Computer-Aided Design (CAD) applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain GIS and CAD data specifically for road and infrastructure projects.
• Provide comprehensive technical support for GIS and CAD software, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.
• Coordinate effectively with supervision consultants to integrate GIS and CAD data into project deliverables.
• Produce detailed maps, drawings, and visualizations to support project planning and execution phases.
• Ensure the accuracy and consistency of data across all project-related GIS and CAD platforms.
• Prepare and update GIS and CAD documentation, including technical reports and project files.
• Assist in the training and ongoing support of team members in the use of GIS and CAD applications.

Qualifications and Experience

• Proven experience working with supervision consultants and managing complex project data.
• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant professional experience is required.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role involves working within a project-focused environment, collaborating with various stakeholders on infrastructure developments.
