About the Role

BDI Saudi is seeking an experienced Government Relations Advisor to assist clients in navigating Saudi Arabia's regulatory landscape. This full-time position is based in Riyadh and involves building and maintaining relationships with government entities while ensuring compliance with local regulations. The role requires a deep understanding of Saudi Arabian government procedures and regulatory frameworks.

Role Purpose

The primary purpose of this role is to effectively represent clients' interests within the Saudi Arabian government ecosystem. The advisor will provide crucial guidance and support to clients seeking to understand and comply with local policies, facilitating their market entry and operational activities within the Kingdom.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain relationships with key government stakeholders.
Monitor regulatory changes and policy developments within Saudi Arabia.
Advise clients on government procedures and compliance requirements.
Prepare and submit government applications and documentation on behalf of clients.
Represent clients in meetings with government officials.
Provide strategic guidance on market entry and expansion initiatives.
Coordinate with legal teams on regulatory matters to ensure comprehensive client support.

Qualifications and Experience

A minimum of 5-10 years of relevant experience in government relations or a similar field.
Demonstrated deep knowledge of Saudi Arabian government procedures and regulatory frameworks.
Proven ability to build and maintain effective relationships with government entities.
Strong understanding of compliance requirements within the Saudi Arabian context.
