About the Role

HPS Play Company is seeking a motivated HR Assistant & Public Relations Officer to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time position offers an opportunity to contribute to HR operations and government relations within a growing organization. The role requires a candidate with 2-5 years of experience in HR and/or PRO functions.

Key Responsibilities

The HR Assistant & Public Relations Officer will be responsible for a range of duties, including:

• Managing all government relations tasks, including interactions with GOSI, HRSD, Muqeem, Absher, and Qiwa portals.
• Assisting with the onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.
• Maintaining employee files and records.
• Supporting the processing of visas, Iqama renewals, and work permits.
• Coordinating with relevant government ministries and regulatory bodies.
• Ensuring the accuracy of HR records and assisting with policy compliance.

Qualifications and Requirements

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Must be a Saudi National.
• Possess 2–3 years of experience in HR and/or PRO roles.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of Saudi labor law and government portals.
• Proficiency in both Arabic and English is required.
