About the Role

AB Homes Interior is seeking an experienced HR & Employee Relations Specialist to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time position requires a professional dedicated to establishing a robust organizational structure, upholding company values, and ensuring compliance with Saudi labor law. The role focuses on systematically linking employee output to qualitative performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure adherence to Saudi labor law and company policies in all daily operations and employee interactions.
• Manage operational compliance and ensure the timely and legal completion of employee services.
• Design and implement a systematic performance appraisal system for engineers, designers, and employees, linking output to actual performance.
• Oversee government contracts, including financial aspects such as cash flows, banking transactions, and subsidies.
• Establish and maintain comprehensive employee files, including active contracts and approval letters.
• Monitor and ensure employee adherence to required performance standards as outlined in contracts.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in HR and employee relations is required.
• Previous experience within the interior design, contracting, or engineering sectors is a significant advantage.
• A deep understanding of Saudi labor law and government regulations is essential.
• Proficiency in drafting professional Arabic and English correspondence is necessary.
• Saudi nationality is a mandatory requirement for this position.
