Role Overview

Halwa Almasa Factory for Industry is seeking a dedicated Human Resources Manager to oversee all HR functions at its factory. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, requiring a professional with comprehensive experience in managing human resources operations within an industrial setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all human resources functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with company objectives.
• Maintain continuous compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
• Support workforce planning initiatives to meet production needs and operational demands.
• Manage payroll and benefits coordination in collaboration with the finance department.
• Monitor and maintain accurate attendance records and employee documentation.
• Address workplace issues and grievances in a fair, timely, and effective manner.
• Organize and facilitate training and development programs for employees.
• Promote health and safety awareness and compliance across the factory.
• Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that aligns with company values.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in human resources management.
