About the Information Technology Officer Role

MSS is seeking an Information Technology Officer to support the organization's IT systems and infrastructure in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves ensuring system reliability, providing technical support to users, and maintaining hardware, software, networks, and security systems. The position also includes handling basic support and administrative functions for ERP systems. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and other IT equipment.
• Manage network infrastructure, including LAN/WAN, routers, switches, and Wi-Fi.
• Monitor system performance to ensure minimum downtime.
• Administer Microsoft 365 services such as Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
• Manage user accounts, licenses, and security policies.
• Maintain and update IT systems, software, and security patches.
• Troubleshoot system, network, and application issues.
• Support ERP systems; knowledge of Odoo is an advantage.
• Maintain data backups and disaster recovery processes.
• Ensure compliance with IT policies and security standards.
• Coordinate with vendors for IT support and procurement.
