The Deals Practice and Infrastructure Finance Team

The Deals practice at PwC assists clients in navigating complex transactions, creating value, and managing risk throughout the deal lifecycle. This involves combining industry expertise with innovative solutions for strategic advice and execution support across mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and capital projects. The Infrastructure Finance team, a part of PwC’s global network of over 600 professionals, advises public and private sector clients on infrastructure development and financing for projects in power and utilities, renewables, social infrastructure, and transportation.

Role Overview: Infrastructure Finance Manager

PwC Middle East is seeking an Infrastructure Finance Manager Deals to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time role involves working as part of a team to address complex business issues from strategy to execution, with a focus on infrastructure projects and finance. The position requires 5-10 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Scoping and developing infrastructure projects, including implementing procurement processes.
  • Structuring deals and arranging finance for private sector participation, negotiating through to financial close.
  • Supporting partnership management post-contract award and providing post-transaction services.
  • Advising on project finance for long-term infrastructure development and public sector policy and strategy.
  • Conducting feasibility studies, business cases, and market analysis.
  • Managing procurement options analysis and risk assessments for large-scale projects.
  • Coordinating multidisciplinary teams, including legal, financial, and technical experts.
  • Leading bid evaluation and providing implementation advice through design and construction phases.
  • Coaching and developing junior team members while managing client relationships on a day-to-day basis.
  • Supporting business development activities and contributing to PwC’s market profile through industry engagement.
